This notice explains how Xintex Decor PLT (202204000529) handles your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect: you do not need an account to use this website, and you cannot order or pay on it. When you ask us something on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your name, your phone number or email address, and what you write to us. When you buy from us at the showroom, we also take your delivery address and details on a delivery form.
Why we use it: to answer your questions, give you prices, and arrange your order and delivery.
Who we share it with: our own staff and lorry deliver most orders. Sometimes a third-party delivery service, or the supplier's own delivery fleet, delivers instead. In that case we give them only what they need to deliver your order: your name, address and phone number. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it: records of orders and delivery forms are kept for 7 years, because Malaysian tax law requires business records to be kept that long, and then deleted. WhatsApp chats that do not lead to a purchase are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Cookies: this website does not use cookies and does not track visitors.
